Four Little Valentines

Meet Mike, Katy, Cooper, and Ted the dog. This family opted to go for Valentine's cards over holiday cards, and what's not to love about that? I mean everyone sends holiday cards, but it's not often you get an adorable family Valentine's Day card in the mail.

One of my favorite things to see is which images clients choose for their cards. Of course I always have my favorites from each shoot, but when they choose their favorites for their cards images take on a new life. Maybe it's just the photo editor in me to watch for these little things.

Let the Holidays Begin

30,401 cookies were made yesterday in one house. No, this is not a bakery. It's a house filled with family and friends who mixed, rolled, and baked thousands of cookies

Since 1987 an annual event takes place two weeks before Thanksgiving, and every year the amount of cookies made increases. This year over thirty thousand cookies were baked and packaged up. Fletcher's former colleague, Dawn, invited us to this exclusive event held at her mother's house in Woodbine, MD. Rumor has it you need to be on "the list" to be invited. I can't believe they let us riff raff in.
